Universal key for disabled facilities
What is the Euro key in the rest of Europe is the Radar NKS Key in the UK. This key is a universal key that can be used in Europe - if installed and offered - to open premises that are intended to be accessible to disabled people. For example, barrier-free toilets. The key can also be used to open bollards for traffic-calmed roads into which disabled people are allowed to drive.
We think it is a great idea. However, in the course of the technical achievements, it might be more sensible to solve such problems utilizing a digital key, e.g. on the smartphone. Unfortunately, in some countries such keys do not exist at all, e.g. in New Zealand, such a system is not implemented, which a discussion in a Facebook group from New Zealand shows.
But what about the rest of the world? Do you have such a universal key as well?
