More and more booking portals include filter criteria for the search for accessible hotels, and holiday portals on which trips organised for wheelchair users can be booked are also becoming increasingly common. For example, there is now also a provider in Lapland – „The Friendly Moose“ (see picture) with which wheelchair users can also experience the Northern Lights in wintery Lapland. We are not sure if an organized tour is really the right thing for us – we prefer to discover on our own. Although – would we do that in Lapland too?
